Gov't Approves Sale of Five Percent in NLB to EBRD
Ljubljana, 23 May - The sale of a state-owned five-percent stake in Slovenia's first bank Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) was approved by the Slovene government at Thursday's session. Finance Minister Anton Rop was authorised to sign the contract in the value of EUR 63.9 million.
