Banka Koper to Discuss New Supervisory Board on 27 June
Koper, 24 May - Four members of the Turin-based SanPaolo IMI are to sit on a seven-seat supervisory board of Banka Koper, Slovenia's fifth largest bank, which was in February acquired by this Italian banking group. The remaining three seats are to be taken by officials of three other major shareholders, namely Slovene petrol trader Istrabenz, shipping company Intereuropa and the Port of Koper. The new makeup of the supervisory board for the next four years is to be on the agenda of the Banka Koper general assembly scheduled for 27 June.
