Northern Slovenia Faces Considerable Changes to Traffic Regime Due to Summit

Ljubljana, 29 May - A special traffic regime will apply to roads in the northern Slovene region of Gorenjsko on Friday and Saturday, as the lakeside resort of Bled, the Brdo mansion near the city of Kranj and Brnik airport will be "occupied" by Central European heads of state who are to flock to Slovenia for a summit. While the roads used by the vehicles carrying presidents from one location to another will be closed to all traffic in short intervals, Slovenia's air space above Gorenjsko will be fully closed.
