Slovene Legislation's Compatibility with the EU Body of Laws at 67 Percent
Ljubljana, 30 May - A revised national programme on the adoption of the EU body of laws was passed by the Slovene government on Thursday. The document says that of a total of 1,346 regulations to be passed to bring the Slovene legislation into line with the EU's, 67 percent have been adopted. In agriculture, for example, where only 55 percent of all EU-compatible acts have been adopted so far, another 159 regulations are waiting for adoption.
