Slovene PM Discusses NATO Accession with Former U.S. Defence Secretary
Ljubljana, 31 May - Slovenia is the first among NATO candidate countries, said on Friday former U.S. defence secretary William J.Perry at a meeting with Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek. The latter said that Slovenia's chances of being invited to the Alliance at the Prague summit are very realistic. Perry is on a visit to Slovenia with a group of American businessmen and intellectuals, said the prime minister's office.
