Slovenia on a Par with Europe in Equal Opportunities for Women, Says Slovene MP
Brussels, 4 June - With the equal opportunities bill sent to parliament, expected to be passed by the end of the year, and with the employment act already being adopted, the Slovene government is taking a large step forward to providing equal opportunities at a level similar to the European, said Slovene MP Majda Potrata in Brussels on Monday. Together with MP Silva Crnugelj, Potrata is taking part in the discussion on the role of women in the enlarged Europe at the European Parliament.
