Social Partners Sign a Wages Policy Deal

Ljubljana, 10 June - Representatives of the government, employers and trade unions signed an agreement on wages policy for the 2002-2204 period on Monday after the deal was initialled following lengthy talks last Tuesday and endorsed by the government last Friday. "It is important that the deal is a compromise that satisfies all three parties," said Minister of Labour, Family and Social Affairs Vlado Dimovski. In his opinion the deal implements the objectives set in the social agreement.
