Finance Examines the Latest Twist in the Sustar Corruption Case

Ljubljana, 14 June - Boris Sustar, a former state secretary at the Economics Ministry, is free. Well, not entirely free, the business daily Finance comments Friday on the Higher Court's decision to annul the verdict which found Sustar guilty of corruption. Finance wonders which version of the truth is worse: that the process was a set-up and he is not guilty; that he was not totally flawless but the prosecution was unable to prove it; or that he is guilty and prosecutors and police could prove it, but they do not want to as this would not suit them.
