Gov't Warns of Consequences if Act on Insurance Companies Is Suspended
Ljubljana, 18 June - In case the bill on the ownership transformation of insurance companies, which entered into force on 29 May, was suspended by the Constitutional Court, the damage would be irreparable, the Slovene government said Tuesday in a response to seven appeals which had been filed for a constitutional assessment of the act, which have so far been submitted to the Constitutional Court.
