Ljubljana, 19 June - The request addressed to the Slovene Constitutional Court to see whether the Slovene-Croatian agreement on the jointly-owned Krsko nuclear power plant (NEK) is in line with the Constitution is not only unwise but also harmful, the Slovene Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning said Wednesday in response to the initiative filed yesterday by the Krsko municipality, which was backed by 31 MPs.
