Maribor, 20 June - Bosnian refugees who fled from war to Slovenia in 1992 have no reason to celebrate World Refugee Day. They have had little chance to get up and stand on their own two feet and live an independent life. For a decade, they have been entangled in a circle of continuous promises and ideas by Slovene authorities about how their status would be regulated, the Maribor-based daily Vecer observes in the Thursday edition.
