Slovenia Has Difficulties in Regional Development, Says Economics Ministry Official

Rogaška Slatina, 20 June - Slovenia has serious problems in regional policy development, as it has not yet passed legislation to establish provinces, said Economics Ministry State Secretary Igor Strmsnik at the Slovene Regional Days 2002. The two-day conference, organised by the Slovene Agency for Regional Development, kicked off on Thursday in the health resort Rogaska Slatina.
