Businesswoman Sentenced to Two Years in Prison for Selling Unregistered Stock
Maribor, 28 June - Danila Sadar has been sentenced to two years in prison for unlawfully acquiring some SIT 71 million (EUR 315,000) by selling unregistered stock of the financial firm Dadas to the company Inter Timex in 1993 when she was Dadas manager. Sadar's attorney said that the defendant would appeal the decision, passed by the the Maribor District Court on Friday.
