Peace, Stability and Prosperity Make EU Attractive, Parliament Speaker Tells Students

Ljubljana, 1 July - Peace, stability and prosperity are the key elements of the EU which make the Union attractive to the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, including Slovenia, Parliament Speaker Borut Pahor said on Monday at the beginning of a five-day international summer school at the Ljubljana Faculty of Social Sciences. Also addressing the opening of the event called "Brave New Europe: Redefining Coexistence" was Dr France Bucar, the first Slovene parliament speaker, who said that new Europe still needs to find answers to the most burning issues.
