21st Summer School of Slovene Language Kicks Off
Ljubljana, 1 July - A total of 260 participants from 30 countries will be learning Slovene at the 21st Summer School of Slovene Language, which opened in Ljubljana on Monday afternoon. Organised by the Centre for Slovene as a Second/Foreign Language at the Ljubljana Faculty of Arts, the event was opened by senior lecturer Marko Stabej, the head of the centre, who pointed out the importance of the variety of languages despite integration and globalisation processes.
