Tibetan Monks are Making Butter Sculptures Ahead of Dalai Lama's Visit
Ljubljana, 2 July - Tibetan monks are making butter sculptures in the Slovene Ethnographic Museum in Ljubljana on Tuesday as well as completing the Chenrezig sand mandala as the Dalai Lama is due to visit Slovenia this Thursday. The mandala, believed to be a map to enlightenment, will be on display until Saturday, when it will be dissolved at a ritual after the Dalai Lama's visit.
