Krka Shareholders to Get Gross Dividends of EUR 4.2

Novo Mesto, 2 July - The Slovene pharmaceutical company Krka is to allocate SIT 3.2bn (EUR 12m) of last year's SIT 20.5bn (EUR 90m) balance sheet profits to dividends, according to a decision made by Krka shareholders who gathered at a general meeting on Wednesday. Gross dividends are to amount to SIT 950 (EUR 4.2), up 36 percent over the previous year, this Novo mesto-based company said.
