Slovene Pharmaceutical Hopes for Success of Hypertension Drug on U.S. Market
Ljubljana, 2 July - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a permit on Monday to the Slovene pharmaceutical company Lek, Ljubljana, for immediate distribution and sale of the drug ACE lisinopril inhibitor, used for reducing high blood pressure. Lek is to market its product via its U.S. branch Lek Pharmaceuticals.
