LJUBLJANA - Spanish King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia are scheduled to begin a three-day official visit to Slovenia, arriving at Ljubljana's Brnik airport, where they will be welcomed by their hosts Slovene President Milan Kucan and spouse Stefka, just before 6:00 PM. The royal couple is also to be accompanied by Spanish Foreign Minister Josep Pique.

LJUBLJANA - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is to receive outgoing Russian Ambassador to Slovenia Tigran Karkhanov for a farewell visit.
