Belgrade Bids Farewell to Continuity, Delo Says

Ljubljana, 3 July - The vote in which the parliament in Belgrade ratified the agreement on succession, which was reached by all five successors to the former Yugoslav federation in Vienna a year ago, is one of the most important events after the fall of the former Yugoslav regime, as it signifies that Belgrade accepted the view that the former federation disintegrated into five countries rather than broke up as a result of secession, a Slovene daily establishes in Wednesday's edition.
