Another Referendum Initiative Fails

Ljubljana, 3 July - YHD, an association representing the disabled, has failed in its attempt to push for a referendum on the bill on organisations of the disabled. A few hours before the Wednesday midnight deadline, YHD had only managed to collect some 9,000 signatures of 40,000 required for a referendum initiative to succeed.
