Slovenia Drops Ten Places to 35 in FIFA World Rankings

Zurich, 3 July - Three straight losses at football's World Cup have forced Slovenia down ten places in the latest World Rankings of the International Football Federation (FIFA) to number 35. Slovenia has a total of 632 points in the rankings, but remains ahead of all the teams that it will face in the Euro 2004 qualifiers, except for France. World Champions Brazil have regained first place on the standings, ahead of World Cup disappointments Argentina and France.
