Maribor, 4 July - Prospects are poor that what is called the consensus conference will bring forth any solutions regarding the ruling of the Austrian Constitutional Court that bilingual place names should be set up in every locality in the province of Carinthia where the Slovene minority accounts for ten percent of the population, the daily Vecer writes on Thursday.
