I'm Seeking Genuine Autonomy for the Tibetans, Says Dalai Lama

Ljubljana, 4 July - Arriving on his first visit to Slovenia on a rainy Thursday, the Dalai Lama was greeted by a crowd of over one hundred people, who welcomed him with flowers, incense and a Tibetan flag in front of a Ljubljana hotel. There he spoke to the press about his mission and the Tibet issue. Commenting on the Chinese authorities protest against his visit, the Dalai Lama said he was not a separatist, but was only seeking genuine autonomy for the people of Tibet.
