Gov't Jumps Important Hurdle to Harmonising Slovene Capital Market to EU Standards

Ljubljana, 4 July - The Slovene government has jumped one of the most important hurdles to harmonising the Slovene capital market with EU regulations, adopting changes to the bill on investment funds and fund management companies at its session on Thursday. The adoption of the amendments, which have been sent into fast-track parliamentary procedure, came after Wednesday's round of negotiations between the government coalition partners.
