Slovene Gov't to Sign Contract with EBRD on Sale of Five Percent in NLB
Ljubljana, 7 July - The Slovene government is expected to sign a contract on the sale of a five percent stake in the largest Slovene bank, the NLB, with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on Wednesday. The EBRD is to pay a little under 64 million euros for the state-owned stake, under the same basic conditions and price per share to those which applied when the government sold 34 percent of NLB to Belgian banking group KBC.
