Slovene Car-Seat Cover Maker to Pay Out Dividends of EUR 5.74

Slovenj Gradec, 8 July - Shareholders of Prevent, a Slovene manufacturer of car seat covers, are to get gross dividends of SIT 1,300 (EUR 5.74), was decided at Monday's general meeting. A total of SIT 226m (EUR 1m) of last year's SIT 2.75bn (EUR 12m) balance sheet profit is to be allocated to dividends, agreed the shareholders, which represented almost 86 percent of the company's stock.
