LJUBLJANA - Director General of the European Commission's General Directorate for EU Enlargement Eneko Landaburu is to arrive for a two-day working visit. He is to meet Europe Minister Janez Potocnik at 9.45 AM, and witness the signing of the first part of the financing memorandum on the PHARE pre-accession aid at 11.15 AM.

BUCHAREST - President Milan Kucan is to continue his official visit to Romania. He is to meet Speaker of Parliament Valer Dorneanu at 8 AM, President of the Senate Nicolae Vacaroiu at 9 AM, and Prime Minister Adrian Nastase at 8.30 AM. A Slovene business delegation is to attend a conference at 10 AM, which is to be addressed by the Slovene and Romanian presidents.

LJUBLJANA - Parliament is to convene for the last extraordinary session before the summer recess at 2 PM. Issues on the agenda are to include the supplementary budget bill as well as a dozen of EU-compatible bills.

LJUBLJANA - Shareholders of Nova Kreditna banka Maribor (NKBM), Slovenia's second largest bank, are to convene for a general meeting to discuss the division of last year's balance sheet profit and the appointment of two new members to the supervisory board.
