Slovenia's Prevent to Buy Bosnia's Fad
Slovenj Gradec, 10 July - The Slovenj Gradec-based car seat cover manufacturer Prevent will buy Bosnian car parts maker Fad for one convertible mark, but is committed to investing six million convertible marks (EUR 3m) in the company over next three years, the Slovene company said on Wednesday.
