Proposed EU Agriculture Reform Suits Slovenia Well, Agriculture Minister Says
Ljubljana, 10 July - As far as Slovenia's agriculture is concerned, the reform proposed by the European Commission goes in the right direction, Slovene Agriculture Minister Franci But said on Wednesday after the Commission unveiled its proposal for radical restructuring of the common agriculture policy (CAP) earlier today. Minister But suggested, however, that the Commission was to encounter difficulties in its bid to harmonize the proposal with the EU member states.
