Kucan and Voronin Express Hope for Stronger Economic Ties Between Slovenia and Moldova

Chisinau, 10 July - Slovenia's President Milan Kucan on Wednesday kicked off a two-day official visit to Moldova, opening together with his Moldovan counterpart Vladimir Voronin a Moldovan-Slovene business conference, suggesting that his visit is aimed at boosting long-term economic co-operation between the two countries. A co-operation agreement between the two countries' commerce chambers was signed at the conference.
