Supplementary Budget Adopted in Slovene Parliament - Spending Cut by EUR 64M

Ljubljana, 11 July - The supplementary budget that cuts state spending by around EUR 64m was adopted on Thursday by the Slovene parliament in a 41 to 13 vote. In line with the supplementary budget, Slovenia is expected to incur a budget deficit of 1.3 percent of GDP in 2002.
