DOMZALE - The senior ruling coalition partner, the Liberal Democracy (LDS), is to examine government changes that are to accompany Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek's bid to become president. Expected to convene are the LDS executive committee and the LDS council.

KIEV - Slovene President Milan Kucan is to wrap up his tour of three SE European nations, meeting the highest state officials in the Ukraine.

BRUSSELS - Environment Ministry State Secretary Marko Slokar is to attend an informal meeting between the European Commissioner for the Environment Margot Wallstroem and environment ministers from the EU applicant countries.
