Slovenia Ratifies Former Yugoslavia Succession Agreement

Ljubljana, 12 July - Slovene MPs ratified the former Yugoslavia succession agreement 39 votes against 19 (62 present) behind closed door on Friday. In a government amendment to the ratification, the MPs spread the implementation jurisdictions of various parts of the agreement to all the respective ministries and the high government representative for succession and not just the Foreign Ministry as was the case in the original bill.
