Ljubljana, 13 July - There is virtually not a month that Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek does not change his mind on his presidential bid. After confiding to the public at the end of last year that he was considering running for president, he established a few months later that there were no conditions for the candidacy, the daily Dnevnik writes on Saturday, noting that a few weeks later these conditions miraculously changed and the prime minister announced his participation in the November presidential battle.
