Share Prices Slide as Vacation Time Kicks in

Ljubljana, 13 July - Trading on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) was characterised this week by a very calm atmosphere, largely reflecting the start of vacation time, which pushed down the values of securities as well as the major indices. Despite a promising start and a gain of 1.39 percent on Monday, the benchmark SBI 20 index thus closed at 2,732.39 points on Friday, sliding 0.03 pct (0.9 points) from last week.
