European Social Democrats Stress Committment to the Stabilisation of the Balkans and EU Enlargement

Ljubljana, 13 July - Social Democrats taking part in the annual meeting of the Socialist International's Committee for Central and Eastern Europe (SICCEE) have welcomed the progress made in the Balkans and assessed that EU enlargement is a decisive and strategic choice for the future, which must not fail, the SICCEE wrote in a joint statement adopted Saturday at the conclusion of the committee's two-day meeting in Ljubljana.
