LJUBLJANA - Slovene Agriculture Minister Franci But is to present Slovenia's standpoint about the proposed EU common agriculture reform policy and other current topics of Slovenia's agriculture at a press conference at noon.

LJUBLJANA - Slovene Ombudsman Matjaz Hanzek is to hand over his 2001 report to Slovene Speaker of Parliament Borut Pahor at 1PM. The contents of the report will be presented at a press conference at 3 PM.

LJUBLJANA - The Slovene council for permanent development is to convene at 4 PM to discuss Slovenia's preparations for the world summit on permanent development in South Africa between 26 August and 4 September.
