NLB Management Board to Run out of Term Tomorrow
Ljubljana, 14 July - The management board of the largest Slovene bank Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) is to complete its term on Monday. A new board was appointed at the end of May to be chaired by incumbent chairman of the board Marko Voljc. One of the board members will also be Piet van Keirsbilck of the Belgian bank KBC, to which the Slovene government has sold a 34% stake in NLB. The KBC representative will join the board after the bank fulfills the sale contract.
