Irish Government Prioritises Successful Outcome of Nice Treaty Referendum, Says Irish Official

Ljubljana, 16 July - A sufficient support for the ratification of the Nice Treaty remains Ireland's priority, said deputy Irish government representative to the Convention on the future of the EU Bobby McDonagh during his visit to Slovenia on Tuesday. The Irish official also stressed that deeper bilateral relations between the present and the future EU members is of great importance for future successful co-operation in the EU.
