Suspected Politically-Motivated Break-in at Morel Press Agency Turns out to Be Ordinary Burglary

Ljubljana, 17 July - Ljubljana police on Tuesday pressed charges against a 29-year-old who is suspected of having broken into the Morel press agency Saturday night and stealing a laptop. This in effect puts an end to claims by the agency that the burglary was politically motivated because of the organisation's participation on a documentary on organised crime in SE Europe. The suspect in not unknown to the police, as he has a record of attempted burglaries.
