Slovene Financier Comments on Bosnia's Decision to Reverse Status of Former Bank Subsidiary

Ljubljana, 17 July - Bosnia-Herzegovina's move to reverse with Monday's decree the decision regarding the former Ljubljanska banka is unusual and reminds of tendencies to annul the AVNOJ decisions, said Wednesday former Slovene central bank governor France Arhar, currently acting as deputy high representative for succession issues in the committee for foreign bank deposits.
