Ljubljana, 18 July - Despite discussing the matter for the third time so far, the council of Slovenia's central bank - the Bank of Slovenia - failed to take a decision Thursday on whether to give the Belgian banking and insurance group KBC the go-ahead to acquire a 34-percent qualifying share in Slovenia's largest bank, the Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB).
