Trieste, 18 July - The property that Italian citizens, called esuli or optanti, have left in Slovenia when they returned to Italy after WWII, could find its way on the agenda of accession negotiations between the EU and Slovenia, the Trieste-based Il Piccolo writes on Thursday, comparing the issue with that of the Sudeten Germans who also left property in the Czech Republic after they were evicted to Germany.
