Maribor/Ljubljana, 19 July - The Slovene president is not the one to be blamed for the difficulties in the Slovene-Bosnian relations and Slovenia's imperialist image in Bosnia, Slovene dailies establish in Friday editions. While Maribor-based Vecer points out that President Kucan has always advocated an independent Bosnia, Ljubljana-Based Delo argues that matters would have been different had some Slovene politicians not looked down upon the Balkans.
