Triglav's Bid on Croatian Insurer Stands as before, Says Chairwoman Klemencic

Zagreb, 20 July - The offer of the largest Slovene insurance company Zavarovalnica Triglav for the purchase of a 51% stake in Croatia's largest insurer Croatia Osiguranje stands as it was before the latest alleged corruption affair in Triglav, the insurer's chairwoman of the board Nada Klemencic told Saturday's edition of Croatian daily Jutarnji list. Klemencic also added that Triglav would respond to the recent decision of the Slovene Agency for insurance supervision to dismiss Klemencic and member of the board Joze Obersnel.
