Slovene Handballers Find Themselves in Tough Group for World Championships

Lisbon/Ljubljana, 21 July - The Slovene men's handball side was drawn in Group D for the World Championships that are to be staged in Portugal at the beginning of next year. The draw in Lisbon late on Saturday decided that Slovenia would play in a tough group that includes the four-time world champions Sweden. According to Slovene Coach Niko Markovic, the goal of the team is to reach the second round of the championships.
