Russia Takes European Youth Women's Title in Basketball

Škofja Loka, 21 July - The Russian team reigned victorious at the women's youth European Championships held in Slovenia over the past two weeks. Russia beat France 60:56 (17:14, 30:23, 41:41) in the final played on Sunday in Skofja Loka. The Czech Republic took third place with an 83:56 win against Slovakia. Slovenia was ninth.
