Ljubljana, 23 July - The offer of Interbrew for the purchase of the remaining shares of Slovene brewery Pivovarna Union "represents a fair value, especially against the background of worsening market conditions", the Belgian brewer said in a news release Tuesday, after it published a takeover bid for the remaining 266,510 shares of Union at SIT 90,000 (EUR 397) a share.
