Klagenfurt, 24 July - Lawyer Pavle Apovnik has been unanimously named by the two minority umbrella organisations as representative of the Slovene minority in Austrian Carinthia to the commission tasked with listing places in Carinthia to get bilingual signposts, daily Delo reported on Wednesday.
